General Policy

Important: All sales are final. Returns are highly restricted and only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

Return Requirements

For Eligible Returns Only:

Time Limit: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Condition Requirements:

  • Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • Product must be in resaleable condition
  • Serial numbers and tags must remain intact

Return Process:

  1. Contact us in writing at [email protected] within the time limit
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping
  4. Package item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to our authorized return address (provided upon approval)

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using tracked shipping services
  • Risk of loss during return shipping is borne by the customer
  • Items must arrive in the same condition as shipped

Refund Processing

Inspection Process:

  • All returned items undergo thorough inspection
  • Items not meeting return conditions will be rejected
  • Rejected returns may be returned to customer at their expense

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection completion
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only

Refund Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee may apply (up to 15% of item value)
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • EMS suits and clothing items
  • Used accessories that come in contact with skin

Custom/Personalized Items

  • Franchise packages and custom bundles
  • Personalized or modified products
  • Items made to customer specifications

Final Sale Items

  • Refurbished products
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Notification Required:

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email [email protected] with photos and order details
  • Do not use damaged products

Resolution Options:

  • Replacement of identical item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for future purchase
  • Refund (for manufacturing defects only)

Warranty vs. Returns

Automatic Rejections

Requests will be automatically rejected if:

  • Submitted after the time limit
  • Product has been used or opened (except for defects)
